Our Mission
Jeremiah’s Promise is dedicated to solving the underlying problems of emancipated foster youth who age out of the foster care system at age 18 and into homelessness, poverty and hopelessness.
In a transitional, residential setting, we empower aspiring youth to become self-sufficient by offering a comprehensive program including mentoring, academic support, counseling, leadership development and employment training in an environment of unconditional love and respect.
Social workers, ILP coordinators, After-care managers, CASA’s, group home providers and foster parents are invited to refer a young woman, aged 18 to 22 into our three-year program. Emancipating or recently emancipated foster youths are encouraged to self refer, as well. Please view the drop-down menu for the full application package. Print out, complete and submit the following in order to be considered for our program: Application, Tennant Agreement, 3 Recommendation Forms and the Informed Consent.
